Recovery is structured, time-limited support at home. After a personal needs assessment, the included hours are distributed across the recovery period and combine everyday support, personal care and professional nursing within the package limits.

Request a consultationFollowing the personal needs assessment, the included hours are distributed individually across the booked period. Visits do not take place automatically every day—for example, two hours may be planned on one day and no visit on another.

Organisation included
Telephone consultation, professional needs assessment, the Recovery plan, coordination, necessary adjustments and documentation are organised within the package. A named person can be kept informed on request where legally permitted. These organisational services are not deducted from the included hours.
Which package is suitable?
- VITANIS RECOVERY 7: For short-term support after discharge, a minor operation, illness or a temporary loss of independence.
- VITANIS RECOVERY 14: For a recovery period requiring regular support that can be planned flexibly.
- VITANIS RECOVERY 30: For a longer recovery period or when more support is needed over several weeks.
More support when needed
Additional support is agreed in advance. Separately booked additional hours are charged at the relevant standard rate:
- Companionship & everyday support: €25.00 / hour
- Personal care: €30.00 / hour
- Professional nursing services: €40.00 / hour
If the agreed service scope or required professional nursing share changes, the services and expected costs are agreed together before they are provided.

- VITANIS RECOVERY 7: 8 hours in total, including up to 2 hours of professional nursing
- VITANIS RECOVERY 14: 16 hours in total, including up to 4 hours of professional nursing
- VITANIS RECOVERY 30: 32 hours in total, including up to 8 hours of professional nursing
Not included in the package price
Medicines, infusion solutions, dressings and consumables, catheter or stoma materials, medical aids, laboratory and medical services, physiotherapy, taxi and transport costs and external services are charged separately.
Distribution across the booked period
The included hours are distributed within the booked period of 7, 14 or 30 days according to the needs assessment. Visits do not take place automatically every day.
