01When is the service expected to launch?
The launch is planned for 2027, initially in Gjilan and the surrounding area. An exact date has not yet been confirmed.
02Which services are planned?
Planned services include companionship and everyday support, personal care and professional nursing services. Professional nursing services remain subject to staff qualifications, required authorisations and applicable law.
03How are CARE and Diaspora Care different?
CARE packages include hours of companionship and everyday support. Diaspora Care flexibly combines everyday support and personal care, with a dedicated contact person, coordination and agreed updates for family members abroad.
04How do we choose the right package?
During the needs assessment, we clarify tasks, frequency and the right combination of services. Scope and price are confirmed before support begins.
05Are medicines and materials included?
No, unless this is expressly confirmed in the individual proposal. Medicines, consumables and additional costs are charged separately.
06How are family members abroad kept informed?
Agreed information can only be shared with the express consent of the person receiving support. The family portal is planned and is not presented as an available feature yet.
07Where are services provided and how are appointments arranged?
The initial service area is planned for Gjilan and nearby locations. Availability for a specific place and time is checked individually during the first conversation.
08Can I submit medical information through the form?
